SHIPPING COSTS AND CONDITIONS
We use Australia Post to send all of our parcels. During the COVID-19 Pandemic we will send your parcel from one post office only which is located at Broulee on the NSW South Coast. All parcels leave their facility at 1pm daily. The NSW South Coast is classified as rural so please take this into account when ordering as we are not located near any major cities which means our deliveries will take a little longer.
Postage costs are based on the weight of the entire parcel.
Flat fee shipping excludes hampers and bulky products.
Please be very mindful when ordering Chocolate in warmer Months. We do use a frozen pack and bubble wrap, but this sometimes it is not enough to prevent the product from melting. Order at your own risk, we cannot refund.
LEAVING GOODS WITHOUT A SIGNATURE
During the COVID-19 Pandemic there will be no signatures required for parcels to keep the delivery contactless. If you select the parcel to be left unattended, please be aware that we cannot refund the items if you lose the parcel once delivered or if the items inside are damaged in any way. Please be aware of this before ordering.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
AVAILABILITY OF STOCK
In some cases, it may occur that an item listed as available is in fact not in stock. We apologise if this occurs and we will refund this item so we can send out your goods as soon as possible.
Shipping estimate times are shown at checkout. In some cases an order may take an extra day or 2 to arrive which is out of our control. We do not have our own delivery company and we are therefore not responsible for orders taking longer than what it should. If you order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we can open a case or enquiry with the Australia Post. We ship all orders out within 1 business day of the order being placed, provided there are no hold ups due to out of stock items or address issues.
SHIPPING DURING COVID-19
Our parcels have been packaged in our sanitised facility. As your parcel will go through processing away from The Mogo Lolly Shop we advise that once your parcel arrives you should open the outer packaging and empty the contents onto a clean surface. DISCARD the outer packaging instantly, wash your hands for 20 seconds with warm soap and water before handling your purchase. Be Happy, Be Safe, Stay Well.
